Refund policy

We have a 21 -day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@kingslandequestrian.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When we receive your items and the return conditions are met, the return will be processed within 10 working days. You will receive an email from us and the funds will be refunded to you in the same way as payment was made.

All returns, including shipping costs and arrangements, are the customer's responsibility.

In countries with a GLS Shop, we can provide a return label.

 

Condition
'Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. You can try the items like you would in a store, but you have to return it in the same condition that you received it. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Contact customer service for an exchange.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Return label
You can buy a return label if you contact our customer service. This service is offered to countries with GLS Shop return. You have to hand in the return package to your local GLS Shop. You can find the nearest shop on the GLS website.

We charge the same for a return label as we charge for shipping costs to your region. 7 Euro for Europe.
