Ingrid Gjelsten is a 24-year-old Norwegian show jumper, now based in Switzerland, where she competes with her horses up to 5-star level. What inspires her most in the sport is the special bond and partnership between rider and horse.​ 

For Ingrid, the horses always come first—their happiness, health, and well-being
are the foundation for success. One of her career highlights so far was winning
the 4-star Grand Prix in California, a moment she will never forget.​
