Jessica Hou Geertsen is 25 years old and a dedicated part of Flødal Training Stable, where she also lives in a small cabin right next to the horses she loves. For Jessica, the sense of community is invaluable — sharing and strengthening a common passion for horses and the sport is what truly drives her.​

It’s the horses that motivate her to step into the stable every day. She finds joy in
their presence and treasures the unique bond that can be built with them. To Jessica, good communication creates well-being — both on the ground and in the saddle.

There’s no better feeling than riding a horse that willingly offers itself; it’s in those moments that she knows both horse and rider are enjoying themselves — the essence of what she loves most about equestrian sport.​
