In 1999, among the fjords and forests of Norway, Kingsland was born. Behind the brand stood passionate professional rider Lin Kingsrød, who carried a dream in her heart—a dream of uniting the demands of equestrian sport with timeless elegance. At the time, the market for riding apparel lacked a true understanding of riders’ everyday lives: the brands that focused on durability often overlooked aesthetics, while the fashion-driven ones rarely held up to the rigors of the sport.

Lin set out to change this. She envisioned a new kind of apparel—where quality, functionality, and style would go hand in hand. The result was Kingsland: a brand created by riders, for riders. From its very first collections, Kingsland quickly grew into an icon in the equestrian world.
