DELIVERY

We ship to most countries from our warehouse in Denmark. Delivery will vary depending on country. We deliver within 2-5 days to most addresses in Europe. Countries outside EU may take longer.

Please be aware that longer delivery time can occur during Black Friday and in December.

 

TERMS OF DELIVERY

We deliver to private and company addresses as well as parcel shops. We deliver according to the chosen delivery method.

Your goods will be delivered on a weekday, i.e. Monday to Friday. The delivery date depends on which country the goods are shipped to and which carrier is used.

Please note that you bear any risk for the goods after delivery. If the packaging looks damaged, you should refuse delivery. If you want to complain about any defects or deficiencies, you must inform us. Read more under “Faulty or incorrect products” under Terms and Conditions.

OUTSIDE OF EU 

Orders shipped outside the European Union are not subject to Danish VAT. This means that VAT will be deducted from your order.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are not included in our prices.

As these fees are outside of our control, we are unable to estimate or cover them. Any additional charges must be paid by the recipient in order for the package to be released by customs.

FREE SHIPPING

If you order goods worth more than €100 (in EU countries), you are entitled to free shipping. Other Europe + International rates will be shown at checkout.
